The level of confusion we encounter daily when it comes to health and fitness led to the creation of All Things Fit in an attempt to demystify and simplify the information that is out there.  We will draw on current news, research, personal and professional experience to provide a health and fitness blog that’s worth reading.

F.I.T. is a school of fitness focused on all factors of health with the intention of living a longer more productive life located in Los Altos, California.  Through a variety of services ranging from personal training to group CrossFit classes we focus on functional training through optimization of the physical competencies in each of the 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. To help you reach your goals, we employ proven methods ranging from body-weight exercise to strength training, using numerous tools for variety and effectiveness including: Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells and medicine balls. Our coaches adapt to the fitness level of their students then provide instruction, guidance, and support to increase fitness. Our student body is extremely diverse ranging in age from 10 to 93, in experience from novice to elite, and in their lives from executives to stay-at-home moms to kids to athletes of many varieties.  The F.I.T. experience is unique in the level of coaching, the attention to your needs and the support that is palpable as soon as you walk through our doors and evident throughout your life.
